Information we collect
We do not collect personal information unless you choose to sign in. When you create an account, we receive only the basic profile data required for authentication (email and user ID) through our auth provider. We also store your app preferences (language, spoiler level, splash timing, watch progress and video bookmarks) locally on your device and, if signed in, sync them to your account so they are available across devices.
How we use information
Preferences and progress are used only to personalize your experience. Authentication data is used solely to identify your account and enable cross-device syncing. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Third-party services
The app uses YouTube embedded players and links to YouTube content. YouTube's privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We also provide an optional PayPal donation link; PayPal handles any payment information directly and independently.
Cookies and storage
We use browser localStorage to remember your settings and progress. Signing in may place session cookies required for authentication. These are not used for advertising or tracking.
Your rights
You can clear local data at any time through your browser settings. Signed-in users can delete their synced data by deleting their account from the account panel.
